Good Luck...a friend taught me the phrase "well, that is just unacceptable." I haven't had to use it yet, but she pretty much gets her way whenever she uses it.
I used to run the ISPs (adult version of IEPs) at at day program in Sacramento - hopefully I didn't cause anyone so much stress as to result in that hairdo!

One tip that i was told was to wear red, its the colour of power and shows you mean business!
