For the heck of it I took a stress test and scored a 14. The results said:
Scores of 13-17 Danger Zone. Watch out!
Well I can't always escape stress, so the way I deal with it is to have a little fun. So here's my day in pictures.
I get up and take a shower...
Have some coffee...
Make some breakfast...
Go to work...
Come home make dinner...
Come home make dinner...
And if I have time walk the dog.
I love that all it takes is a walk around the block to make Penny the Super Dog happy!

Funny. I found your blog after looking for some back to school stuff for my son. I have a 13 yr old with HFA, a 10 yr old with PDD-NOS (ODD and ADHD)...(but I'm in denial about the ODD and ADHD...it's just a label right?) and a 5 yr old boy who hasn't been diagnosed yet...but he's a little on the spectrum. I write about it on my main blog (a little) and on rockybluff (a lot). Blessings. Oh..I homeschool my middle one.
Love this. Great post.
If we took the same test I am 19 danger, well that's just perfect....
anyway I have to tell you I am so excited to get your book (saving it as a birthday gift-May)! It was so odd when I saw some activities from the book on Chasing Cheerios and when I searched for your book on line I found this blog, which was already book marked by me!
Anyway, hope you manage to sort the stress out, loved the pictures!
